About TUI Blue Aura
The resort provides accommodation in 9 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are no lifts.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the lobby bar, the toilets, the entertainment area, the restaurant, the pool area and some guest rooms. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance and some of the guest rooms.
There is stepped access to the guest rooms on the first floor, the terraces in the guest rooms and the Baby Lounge.
The resort has 230 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 8018 on the ground floor, accessible via several ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 8018 takes approximately 6 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.
The resort features a dedicated sensory room created to support relaxation and sensory regulation.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
