Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 22 buildings and it is is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are no lifts and no rooms or toilets with adaptations for disabled people. There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the standard toilets and the grab’n’go snack bar. There is step-free access via slight ramps to the restaurant, the entertainment area, the pool area and the activities. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the gym, the tennis court, some of the guest rooms and the beach.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes from reception.
The resort has 207 rooms, none of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2101 in Block 21. The room has open doorway leading to the ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There is a separate toilet cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet or in the shower. The journey from reception to room 2101 takes approximately 4 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but there is a manual wheelchair available to borrow and a buggy available to transport guests around the resort. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
