Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in several buildings, some of which have 5 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with many ramps of varying degrees. There are lifts in the resort and a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts, the terrace and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the pool area, the main restaurant, the entertainment area, the activities and the beach.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area, some activities and the beach. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance and the entertainment bar.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 230 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1111 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 1111 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
