Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in a three-storey building and it is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 7 lifts.
There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms, the gym and the spa.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the restaurant, the entertainment area, the activities, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the beach and the pool area.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.
The resort has 238 rooms, 7 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 832 on the ground floor in Block 8. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. The journey from reception to room 832 takes approximately 5 minutes.
Some mobility equipment is available to hire at reception, also the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
