Accessibility Overview 

The 364 room resort consists of 1 main building and several accommodation blocks. The grounds are accessible via level pathways, slight slopes and ramps of varying degrees. There is 1 lift in the main building of the resort.

From reception there is step-free access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, some a la carte restaurants, lobby bar, lifts, shops, nightclub and lobby bar terrace.

There is step-free access via lift to the room with adaptations for disabled people, the main buffet restaurant and rear exit doors from the building.

There is step-free access via ramps of varying degrees to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, pools, amphitheatre, gym & spa, beach and activities. There is step-free access to the main entrance doors at the front of the building via a steep ramped kerb and there are steep ramps on the route to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

The resort has 364 rooms, 2 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 402 on level “0”. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. There is also a flip-down seat in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 8 minutes.

The journey from the rooms with adaptations to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes and is accessible via level pathways, slopes and a steep ramp.

Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
