Accessibility Overview
This adult only resort is situated right on the beach along the coast of the Riviera Maya, to the south of Cancun. The resort is spread over several buildings and is mostly flat, with gently sloping paths and some stepped access to the swimming pool area. There are some portable ramps which overcome steps around the resort.
The resort offers 2 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, and a step which is overcome by a portable ramp. We were able to assess Room 3104, the remaining room is similar to this one.
Access to these rooms, from the reception, includes steps, gentle slopes and a steep portable ramp to get into the rooms. All rooms are ensuite. The ensuite has a step-up shower cubicle and a separate toilet cubicle with wall mounted grab rails.
