The 270 room resort is spread over 6 buildings and is mostly accessible via level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There is 1 lift.
There is step-free level access to the lift. There is step-free access via steep ramp to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the pool area, the entertainment area, the activities, the main buffet restaurant and the beach.
There is stepped access to Baby Lounge.
The resort has 270 rooms, 7 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 6002, in Building 6. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower which has handrails and a flip-down shower seat. There are handrails next to the toilet. The journey from reception to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people takes approximately 6 minutes.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes from reception.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
