Accessibility Overview
The 225 room resort consists of 1 main building and although it is set in a cliffside, it is mostly accessible via level pathways, slight ramps and lifts.
From reception there is step-free access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, lifts, buffet restaurant and entertainment in the lobby bar.
There is step-free access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, standard guest rooms, swimming pools, spa, gym and other activities.
There is step-free access via slight ramp to the main entrance doors, the swimming pools and the yoga/relaxation area.
The resort has 225 rooms, 2 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number E019 on level “E” which is accessed by lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and there is a flip-down seat and handrails in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception but there are details available of a local company who rents mobility equipment. There are no adjoining rooms available.
