Accessibility Overview 

The 364-room resort is spread over 13 buildings of 3-6 storeys and is mostly accessible via level pathways with some steep ramps.  There are 7 lifts around the resort.  There are carts available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the rear open doorway to the pool area, the bridge to access the pool area (with an uneven surface), the lifts and the buffet restaurant.  There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the Baby Lounge, the beach and some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doorway, the reception desk, the water park and the entertainment area.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 364 rooms, 173 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 106 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and toilet.  There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower.  A portable shower seat is available to request from reception.  The journey from reception to room 106 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
