Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in multiple buildings, some of which have 10 storeys. It is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There is a platform lift and a standard lift.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the bar. There is step-free level access via lift to the restaurant, the gym, the spa and the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area, the splash park and the a la carte restaurant near to the beach. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the gym and the beach.

There is stepped access to the main entrance, the pool area and the beach.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 179 rooms, 1 of which has some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 424 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There is a handrail next to the toilet. The journey from reception to room 424 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
