Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 2 buildings, one of which has 6 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with many ramps of varying degrees. There are 6 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the main buffet restaurant, the indoor entertainment bar, the lifts and some activities. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the indoor pool and the spa.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, outdoor entertainment area and some activities. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area, the beach, the gym, the water park and some activities.

There is stepped access to the tennis court. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 333 rooms, 2 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1107 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 1107 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some adjoining standard rooms available.
