Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 3 buildings, some of which have 5 storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts.

There is step-free level access to the standard toilets and toilets with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the lifts, the room with adaptations for disabled people, the main restaurant, the pool area and the entertainment area in the lobby bar.

There is stepped access to parts of the garden and to the tennis courts.

The resort has 182 rooms, 1 of which has some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1002 on the ground floor, accessible via ramp. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 1002 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
