Accessibility Overview 

This adults-only resort is located in Pula, on the southern tip of the Istrian Riviera in Croatia.  The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some slight ramps.  There are 2 lifts.

There is step-free access from the reception area to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts, the two restaurants, the Red Lounge entertainment area, the gym and the spa.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the pool area.

The resort has 190 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 204 on the first floor, which is accessed via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  Portable shower seats are available on request.  There are no handrails next to the toilets or in the shower cubicle.  The journey from reception to the room takes approximately 3 minutes.

The beach is approximately 100m from the resort.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
