About TUI BLUE Nastro Azzurro
This adults-only resort is set in a hillside and consists of 2 five-storey buildings which are set in gardens. It is accessible via some level pathways with many steep hills and some steps. There are 3 lifts.
There is step-free level access to the toilets, the lift, the main buffet restaurant, the terrace and the entertainment area. There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms.
There is step-free access via steep ramps and slopes to the main entrance and the pool area. There is stepped access to the gym, the spa and the poolside bar.
The resort has 120 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 128 on the first floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet or in the shower and there are no shower seats available. The journey from reception to room 128 takes approximately 2 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.
There are no toilets with adaptations for disabled people in the resort.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
