Accessibility Overview
This beach-front resort consists of one 11-storey building and two sister apartment blocks - the TUI BLUE Las Pitas Apartments and the TUI BLUE Tres Vidas Apartments. It is accessible mostly via level pathways with some steep ramps. There are 3 lifts.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts. There is step-free access via lift to the standard guest rooms and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors and step-free access via steep ramps to the a la carte restaurant, the beach, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, the pool area, the beach and some of the activities, the Baby Lounge and the Splash Park.
The resort has 255 rooms, 5 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 405 on the fourth floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 405 takes approximately 2 minutes.
The journey from reception to the beach terrace takes approximately 3 minutes and is via level pathways and slight ramps.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
