Accessibility Overview
The 175 room resort is spread over 18 buildings and mostly accessible via level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There is 1 lift in the main building and 1 lift in the three storey building.
There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the lift, the rear exit door, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the restaurant, the spa, the gym and the entertainment bar.
There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors, the pool area and the beach. It takes approximately 4 minutes to walk to the beach.
The resort has 175 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 215. The room has an open ensuite bathroom area with two separate cubicles for the toilet and shower. The journey from reception to room 215 takes approximately 4 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
