There is step-free access via ramps or lift to most areas of the resort. Access to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people is via a steep ramp to the rooms on the first floor, or via lift to the rooms on the other floors. The toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the entertainment area and the main restaurant are via a lift from reception to level -1.

The resort offers 4 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess room number 424, the remaining rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to this one. All rooms are ensuite with a step-free shower and a bath with bath rail. There is a transfer space next to the toilet.
