Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in a group of apartment blocks, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There are no standard lifts, but a platform lift is available to access the games room and supermarket on the lower level.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the restaurant, the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the doors to exit the reception lobby . There is step-free level access via a platform lift to the games room and supermarket.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the guest rooms, the pool area and the activities.

There is stepped access to the guest rooms on the first floor. The journey to the pebble beach takes approximately 5 minutes via a route outside of the hotel.

The resort has 163 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 83 on the ground floor, accessible via steep ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 83 takes approximately 5 minutes.

Guests may share all of the services and facilities at the nearby TUI BLUE Orquidea, which is part of the same complex. The evening entertainment and the evening buffet are located in the TUI BLUE Orquidea.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
