Accessibility Overview
Although the resort is set on a hillside, there is step-free access to most areas of the resort. There is step-free level access from the reception to the TUI desk, lobby bar, shop, toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is a pool hoist.
Access to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the main bar is step-free via lift. Access to the terrace, pool area and activities from the main building is via a slight ramp.
The route to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes and is via walkways and two steep ramps.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort offers 4 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess room number 007, the remaining rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to this one. All rooms are ensuite with a step-free shower and a handrail in the shower. There is a transfer space next to the toilet with dropdown handrails either side.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at the reception desk. There are adjoining rooms with adaptations for disabled people available.
