Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in a five-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests to access the outdoor pool.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the toilet with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the main buffet restaurant and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the reception lobby, the entertainment area, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the main pool, the a la carte restaurant, the beach and some of the activities.

There is stepped access to the gym. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 211 rooms, 8 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1304 on the ground floor, accessible via a ramp. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 1304 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
