Accessibility Overview 

This adults-only beach-front resort is spread over 34 two-storey buildings, which are mostly accessible via very steep ramps and slopes.  There is one lift to access the main restaurant.

There is a steep ramps to access the main entrance doors of the reception building.  From there, the resort is only accessible via very steep ramps and slopes or by using the shuttle bus or buggies.

There are 2 toilets with adaptations for disabled people, which are located next to the restaurant and next to the beach.

The resort has 314 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 4002 on the ground floor, which is accessed via several steep ramps and slopes, or by buggy.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a flip-down shower seat.  There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower.  The journey from reception to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people takes approximately 5 minutes.

The journey from reception to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes via shuttle bus from a bus stop just outside of reception.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
