Accessibility Overview                       

This beach-front resort consists of one main T-shaped building leading to all the main facilities and activities.  There are 4 floors.  The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, slight ramps, steep ramps and lifts.

From the reception area (level 0) there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people with baby changing facilities, the standard toilets, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the lifts, the main restaurant and shops.

There is step-free access via lift to the standard guest rooms on levels 1-3 and to the gym and spa on level -1.

The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk via slight ramps and level pathways.

The resort has 418 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 2503 on the ground floor.  All the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a flip-down shower seat.  There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower.  The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
