Accessibility Overview 

The resort consists of 4 buildings and 5 floors and is mostly step-free via level pathways, lifts, slight ramps and steep ramps.  There is step-free level access from reception (on level 1) to the lifts, entertainment area, standard toilets and rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

The resort has 470 rooms, 2 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 2409, which has adaptations for disabled people. The adapted rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers and a handrail in the shower.  There are no handrails next to the toilet.  The journey to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes and is via level pathways.

There are 4 lifts in the resort.  There is step-free access via lift to the ground floor (level 0) where the spa, gym and exit door to the terrace, restaurants, pools, activities and beach are. The route to the beach takes approximately 2 minutes from reception, via a lift and a level pathway.

There is a steep ramp at the front of the resort to access the main entrance doors.  There is a steep ramp from the reception area to the lobby bar and to access the Kids’ Club.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at the reception desk, but there are 4 wheelchairs to borrow.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
