Accessibility Overview

This 304 room adults-only resort consists of one main building (9 storeys), with reception being on level 6. The grounds are accessible by level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There are 6 lifts.

There is step-free access from reception to the standard toilets, lifts and luggage room.

There is step-free access via lift to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the restaurant, the entertainment bar, the sauna and treatment rooms, the exit doors to access the pools, activities and beach. There is also a separate lift to access the restaurant from level 1.

There is a slight ramp to access the main entrance.

The beach is approximately 6 minutes walk and is accessible via steep ramps.

The resort has 304 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 3021 on level 3. All the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower unit with a portable shower seat. There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 3 minutes.

Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms in the resort.
