Accessibility Overview 

This adults-only resort provides accommodation in 1 seven-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There are 3 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, the restaurants, the swimming pools, the bar, the gym and the spa.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the entertainment area. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors and the beach.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 250 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 204 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet. There is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 204 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
