Accessibility Overview
The 143-room resort is spread over two 5-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways. There are 4 lifts. There is a pool hoist.
There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the bar, the pool, the lifts, some of the activities, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the rear exit door. There is step-free access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the main buffet restaurant, the rooftop entertainment area and rooftop pool.
There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the spa and the gym.
The beach is approximately 3 minutes walk outside of the resort.
The resort has 143 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 30, which takes approximately 2 minutes to walk from reception. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
