Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in 3 four-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free pathways with some steep ramps.  There are 3 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the tennis court and the water park and there is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, access from the rooms to the pool, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, access to the lifts, the restaurant and the pool area.

There is stepped access to the Italian restaurant.   The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 321 rooms, 2 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 155 on the ground floor, accessible via two steep ramps.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There is a handrail next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat and a dropdown rail.  The journey from reception to room 155 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
