Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in 8 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys.  The resort is mostly accessible via level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 5 lifts in the resort.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities and the rear exit door leading to the accommodation blocks. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms and the main buffet restaurant.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area and the beach.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes via buggy, from the reception lobby.

The resort has 621 rooms, 20 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 5114 on the first floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 5114 takes approximately 6 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but guests may use their own mobility scooters.  There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
