Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 6 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 8 lifts. There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp then lift to some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, some of the standard guest rooms, the activities, the gym and spa and the toilets with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via slight ramps the standard toilets, the lifts, the lobby bar, the restaurant, the pool area and the beach. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 320 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 355 on the third floor (reception level), accessible via a ramp. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. A portable shower seat is available on request. The journey from reception to room 355 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some rooms with adaptations for disabled people with adjoining rooms available.
