Accessibility Overview 

The 774-room resort consists of one main five-storey building and is mostly accessible via level pathways with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees.  There are 2 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the main entrance doors, the reception lobby, the lifts, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the terrace.  There is step-free level access via lift to the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment, the activities, the pool area, the beach and the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the beach.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 774 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 2202 on level 2, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and there is a portable seat and a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 2202 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some adjoining rooms with adaptations for disabled people available.
