Accessibility Overview
The resort is mostly step-free with level access or slight slopes. There are slight ramps which overcome the steps to all areas of the resort except for the gym, which has stepped access.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people. These are located in reception.
Access to the accessible rooms takes approximately 2 minutes from reception. The rooms are accessible by taking a lift to level 1 and proceeding along the room corridor. The resort offers 329 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people.
We were able to assess room number 1121 on level 1, via lift. The ensuite bathroom has a wall-mounted shower over a standard bath, with a handrail and a flip-down shower seat. There is a toilet with a dropdown rail on the transfer side and a wash basin.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at the reception desk, but reception have details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
The route to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes by buggy, or approximately 6 minutes to walk along level pathways and slight slopes. There is one step to access the pathway onto the beach.
