Accessibility Overview 

This resort is spread out over a large area and consists of a main building and  "village-type" accommodation areas.  The resort is right on the beach-front and there is step-free access around most of the resort via level pathways, slight ramps and lifts.

From the reception building, there is step-free level access to the standard toilets with baby changing facilities and toilets with adaptations for disabled people.

In the main building there is step-free access via lift to the rooms on levels 0-6.

There is step-free access via ramp/slope from the main building to access the pool area, outdoor entertainment, beach and activities.  There are slight ramps to access the accessible doors at the main entrance and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

The resort has 595 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 3113 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a flip-down shower seat.  There are handrails next to the toilet. The journey from reception to room 3113 takes approximately 2 minutes to walk, or there are buggies available for transportation.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 2 minutes to walk and is step-free via level pathways and a slight slope.

Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
