Accessibility Overview 

Although the resort is set on a hillside, there is step-free access to most areas of the resort via buggy, lifts, level walkways or slight ramps.  There is step-free level access from the reception to the gym, the spa, the main restaurant (Magico), the parent and baby changing room and the toilets with adaptations for disabled people.

There is access via a slight ramp to the water park and into the amphitheatre for the outdoor entertainment.  There is a slight ramp on the route to pool area and to the beach.

There is stepped access to the tennis courts and to the standard toilets on level -1.

The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.  These are located in reception, next to the Magico restaurant, next to the Taverna restaurant and near the spa.

The most accessible route to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people is via buggy.  The resort offers 411 rooms, 10 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess room number 1506 on the first level.  All the other rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to this one.

All the rooms have ensuite shower rooms with handrails next to the toilet and step-free showers.

Mobility equipment is available to hire at the reception desk.  There are adjoining rooms available. 

The route to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes by buggy or approximately 10 minutes to walk along a winding pathway and slight ramps.
