Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in a six-storey building. Much of the resort is accessible via ramps and slopes of varying degrees and many steps. There are 3 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts and 2 of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free level access via lift to 2 of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main buffet restaurant.

There is stepped access to the lobby bar, the activities, the fitness centre, the beach, the pool area and the entertainment. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 253 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 136 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There is a step into the shower and a flip-down shower seat. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 136 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception and the hotel do not provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
