Accessibility Overview
The resort is mostly step-free via level pathways or slight/steep ramps. From the reception lobby there is step-free level access to the standard toilets and to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
From the reception lobby there is one toilet with adaptations for disabled people, which can be accessed via a slight ramp and an automatic door. There are several slight and steep ramps around the resort to access the restaurants, pools, activities and beach. There is also a slight ramp to access the open doorway at the entrance to the resort.
The resort has 202 rooms, 60 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 3105, which is a room on the ground floor. All the adapted rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers with no handrails. There are no handrails next to the toilets. The journey to the room takes approximately 3 minutes.
There are lifts in an adjacent building to access the rooms on levels 1 and 2. The route to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes and is via slight and steep ramps.
Mobility equipment is available to borrow at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
