Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 7 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some slight ramps and slopes. There are 2 lifts in the Almeria building. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the lobby bar and the exit door. There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms, in the Almeria block.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. From the reception lobby there is a slightly sloping pathway to access the rest of the resort, ie the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the pool area, the restaurant, the entertainment area and the activities.

The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk via a route outside of the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus to Puerto Banus.

The resort has 310 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1017 on the ground floor, accessible via some slight slopes. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 1017 takes approximately 5 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
