Accessibility Overview

The resort is spread across two buildings, Block A and Block B, which are connected by an internal parade. Block A has 5 levels and Block B has 6 levels. Access around the resort is mostly step-free via level pathways, lifts and two steep ramps.

There is step-free level access from the reception to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the restaurant, the lifts, the pools, the water park and the entertainment area. There is step-free access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people on level 1 and 2 and for all the other guest rooms.

There are two steep ramps to access the main entrance at the front of the resort.

The resort has 194 rooms, 2 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1215 on the second floor in Block B. Both of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a flip-down shower seat. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 3 minutes.

There is a regular shuttle bus service to Marmaris Beach, which is a 5 minute drive.

Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
