Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 1 six-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts.
There is step-free level access from the main entrance to reception, the lobby, the entertainment and the main restaurant. There is step-free level access via lift to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the lagoon.
The resort has 272 rooms, 2 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 11 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. The journey from reception to room 11 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
