Accessibility Overview

The resort consists of bungalow-style apartments on 2 levels. Access around the resort is via level pathways, slight slopes, steep ramps and steps. There are no lifts.

From reception, there is step-free access via slight ramps to the restaurant, outdoor entertainment area, pool and activities.

There is stepped access to the standard toilets with baby changing units and lobby bar. There are no toilets or rooms with adaptations for disabled people in this resort.

The resort has 204 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1203, which is a room on the ground floor. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers and portable shower seats. There are no handrails in the shower and there is one vertical handrail next to the toilets. The journey from reception to room 1203 takes approximately 2 minutes.

There is no direct beach access in the resort. The route to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes and is via a route outside of the resort.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff in reception have details of local companies who rent mobility equipment. There are no adjoining rooms available.
