Accessibility Overview

This adults-only resort provides accommodation in one 6-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free pathways, with some steep ramps. There are 2 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts and the restaurant. There is step-free level access via lift to all the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the reception lobby, the entertainment area, the activities and the pool area. There is stepped access to the gym.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes walk via a route outside of the resort.

The resort has 140 rooms, 1 of which has adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 119 on the first floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet, next to the wash basin and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 119 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
