Accessibility Overview
The hotel is located on the coast of the Alcudia region in the north of Majorca. The main resort building is on level ground with some steps in the pool area and a steep ramp to access the main entrance. The majority of the resort is step-free with internal lifts overcoming the steps.
There is step-free level access to the outdoor swimming pool, with a hydraulic hoist for access into the pool. Access to the beach, from the resort, includes steps and steep ramps.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort offers 4 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess Room 452, the remaining rooms are similar to this one. All rooms are ensuite.
The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access, a standard lift and a manual door. There is step-free level access into the room. The ensuite has a toilet with a left-hand transfer and a shower cubicle.
Adjoining rooms are not available.
