Accessibility Overview 

The 200 room resort consists of one 5-storey building and is mostly accessible via level pathways and ramps of varying degrees.  There are 5 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the standard toilets, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the baby changing area within the shower room.  There is step-free access via lift to the restaurant, the gym and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance and to the pool area.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the rear exit door in reception, the entertainment area, some of the activities and a very steep ramp to the beach.

The resort has 200 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 113 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 113 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
