Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 2 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys. It is accessible via step-free level pathways, with many ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There are 7 lifts.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free level access via lift to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the restaurant, the pool area, the activities, the gym and the standard guest rooms.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the pool area, the entertainment area, the activities, the gym and the standard guest rooms. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the Kids’ Club.
There is stepped access to the tennis court and the solarium. The beach at Puerto Santiago is 500m from the resort.
The resort has 372 rooms, 7 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 268 on the ground floor, which has a living room and kitchen area. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 268 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
