About Turan Prince Hotel

The resort provides accommodation in 1 main building with five storeys and several accommodation villas.  The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 4 lifts in the main building.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.  

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the lobby bar and the luggage room.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area, the restaurant, some of the rooms, the activities, the entertainment, the beach and the water park. 

There is stepped access to the standard toilets in the reception lobby and the pool in the water park.   The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby. 

The resort has 458 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 5004 on the ground floor, accessible via steep ramps.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and there is a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 5004 takes approximately 4 minutes.  There are no adjoining rooms available.  

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
