Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in 5 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys.  It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some slight ramps.  There are 19 lifts throughout all the buildings.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the baby changing facilities, the platform lift to access the first floor, the shop, the spa and gym and the main bar.  There is step-free level access via standard lifts to the standard guest rooms and a platform lift to access the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the main restaurant, the pool area, the water park and the outdoor entertainment area.

There is stepped access to the tennis court and the water slides in the water park.  There is a free shuttle bus available to transport guests to the beach.

The resort has 333 rooms, 7 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1023 on the first floor, accessible via a platform lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 1023 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some adjoining rooms with adaptations for disabled people available.
