Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 5 buildings, some of which have 2 or 3 storeys. Guest check-in is at the Vibra Blanc Palace. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There are no lifts in the Vibra Blanc Cottage accommodation blocks.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby in the Vibra Blanc Palace to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the entertainment. There is step-free level access via lift from the reception lobby to the main buffet restaurant.

There is step-free access via slight ramps from the accommodation blocks to the pool area, the toilets with baby changing facilities and the games room. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance at the Vibra Blanc Palace and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people in the Vibra Blanc Cottage.

There is stepped access to the second and third floors of the Vibra Blanc Cottage. The beach is approximately 5 minutes away, via a route alongside the hotel.

The resort has 104 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 3440 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. The journey from reception to room 3440 takes approximately 10 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
