Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation across several buildings, some of which have up to 5 storeys. There are 10 lifts throughout the resort, with step-free access via level pathways, slopes and ramps of varying gradients.

There is step-free level access to the reception lobby and toilets with adaptations for disabled people. The main entrance, restaurant, entertainment area, pool area and adapted rooms are accessible via ramps, some of which are steep. A pool hoist is available.

The resort has 265 rooms, including six with some adaptations for disabled people. There are no adjoining rooms available.

We were able to survey room 4002, located on the ground floor and accessed via a steep ramp. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle, handrails beside the toilet and in the shower, and a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 4002 takes approximately 8 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire from reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
